Here’s the info on facebook.

The Talkin’ Headline Blues #65

Here’s yet another Talkin’ Headline Blues. Have you been revisiting the older ones?

Also, did you know that Poor Elvis is playing at the Lillstreet Art Studio First Friday event? Come check it out. Browse some art and listen to some new songs. It’s free.

And, we’re also playing another show with the hot Fort Wayne group End Times Spasm Band on Saturday, February 11 at Quenchers Saloon. You really can’t miss this one; End Times is great. Hip-buckin’ surf rock band the Sleepovers open at 9pm, we go on around 10pm, and End Times follows. It’s only $5 to get in. More info here.

See ya there!

The Talkin’ Headline Blues #63

Here’re the new headlines for this week. Listen up!

Also, you’ve probably noticed that I didn’t post a new song last week and haven’t yet this week. Well, I’m taking a break for a while from doing a new song every week. I’m gonna focus on working up some of the songs I’ve written over the past 2 years instead of the constant writing of new.

Just need a moment to breath is all. I’ll be back to writing new ones soon enough.

Check out the last new song, which was the first of 2012, though.

Also be sure to come out to one of the shows that I’m playing this week. First, on Thursday from 6-8pm, performing at the Winter Happy Hour shindig at Boulevard Bikes. Then, Saturday, from 2-3pm at the Grafton in Lincoln Square during the Urban Folk Circuit DIY craft fair. Come on out and hear some new songs!
